How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3 to 5 working days. If you're in Lahore, you might receive your order even sooner but we recommend expecting it within 5 days just to be safe.
Do you offer custom designed or photo wall clocks?
Yes, You can send your own photo or design and we’ will create a custom wall clock for you. Note: Custom clocks have additional charges. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your design.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. However for orders above Rs. 7000, a small advance payment is required. You will also get 5% OFF on such orders!

Can I return or exchange a clock?
We only accept exchanges in case of a damaged or wrong item. Please make sure to record an unboxing video when receiving your parcel it helps us resolve any issues quickly.

Do your clocks come with a warranty?
Yes! All our clocks come with a 1 year movement warranty. If there's any issue with the mechanism, we’ll help you fix or replace it.
