  • Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or dropping.
  • Water damage (unless explicitly mentioned as water-resistant).
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Battery issues (batteries are not covered under warranty).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If your clock’s machine stops working or you experience any manufacturing defect within 1 year:

Please provide your Order Number and clear pictures/videos showing the problem. Our team will respond quickly and assist you with an easy and smooth claim process.
