📦 Return Eligibility:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The product was received damaged.
    • There was a manufacturing defect.
    • You received a wrong item.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.

💸 Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved and we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, etc.).

🔄 Important Notes:

  • Returns due to “change of mind” are not accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Decent Clocks reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
    “In cases where advance payment has been made, any eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is approved.”
